Lower cost holidays in Le Marche
Are you a Brit, an American, a Canadian, an Aussie, or in fact anyone living outside Europe and thinking of taking a luxury break in Le Marche? If so, it may interest you to know that staying at Villa San Raffaello will now set you back considerably less, because the Euro has drooped in value and currencies such as the pound have hit a 7-year high versus the euro, at 1.2911.
What this means for you is that, when you exchange currencies to visit Le Marche, you’ll receive far more euros.
For example, if you were to exchange £1,250 for a 1-week stay in Villa San Raffaello, you’d now receive +€200 more than if you’d done so back in March 2013, when the pound was far weaker.
So, enjoying a relaxing Le Marche holiday is now much more affordable than any time in the recent past. From a currency point of view, it’s the ideal time to visit Villa San Raffaello!
It’s also still only €0.80c for a coffee, a big stone baked Pizza costs as little as €5 and our local winebar Decantautore serves up a range of about 16 wines for between €1.00 and €1.50. Organic vegetables and herbs are also free when picked from the Villa Gardens!
Great value property in Marche
Buying property in Le Marche Italy and of course the rest of the continent has also become far better value, combine this with inflated UK property values and the downturn in Italy and villas and houses in rural areas of Le Marche have never been better value to UK citizens
