Italian Cooking courses, food tours, truffle hunts and more
Our Italian food holidays are run by local farmers, hunters and outstanding Italian chefs and are all based 1km from an old cattle market town with a rich food legacy.
You will stay at a Villa, where we grow organic fruit, vegetables, nuts and herbs and give this produce free to guests.
We also have superb cooking ingredients available in our local village with many artisan producers, and we are now combining all of these culinary ingredients in our cooking holidays and specialist foodie holiday activities including truffle hunting and Italian food and wine tours.
Cooking classes in Italy Le Marche
Our residential cooking holidays are based at the Sarnano cooking school run by local Italian chefs who have fantastic culinary experience and knowledge and have run a very successful Le Marche restaurant fo many years. They have now sold the restaurant and are sharing their skills with a select few foodies who wish to come to our Italian culinary school.
Where are our Italian cookery classes.
Search the web and you will find cooking classes in Rome and culinary courses in Florence and a few in more rural landscapes.
Our Italian cooking holidays are based at Villa San Raffaello a restored farm with an excellent rating on trip advisor with a big pool and panoramic views, we are based on the edge of the National Park in the stunning region of Le Marche, described by journalists as the New Tuscany.
The cooking lessons will take place 3 minutes from the villa at the Sarnano Cookery school’s kitchen in a 13th century house in the Centro Storico of Sarnano a gorgeous medieval town acclaimed as one of Italy’s most beautiful villages.
