We have kept our prices fixed at 2008 rates and tried to keep them as competitive as possible despite increasing demand for Italian family holidays here. We hope that this page will reassure you that a stay at the Villa is within your budget. Off season the rates are as low as €17 per night if you use the sofabed as well as the bedrooms.

Weekends/Short stay
Please note that weekend bookings are available outside of the high season. The minimum stay is 2 nights, prices will be confirmed on request.
Change-over day
This is a Saturday. However, we will endeavour to be flexible whenever possible, particularly outside of the high season.
Room Only basis
Double or twin rooms in Apartment Damiano can be rented outside of the high season at a cost of €75 per night.
